notes from the garden

Our latest beautiful experience

February 26th, 2009

You’ve probably noticed that our website has a new look. Though we liked our previous site, we feel this one is a better reflection of who we are and what we love to do. A reflection of our creativity and connectedness to all things nature. But we wanted to make sure the site was easy to navigate, so we made all of the important information, like our services, a lot more visible. We didn’t want you to have to dig in order to find what you need. If you know us by now, you know we prefer our digging to be left for the garden.

We also changed a couple of the headings in a way that seems more intuitive. For example, the portfolio section from our old site is now called gallery. This section will house photos of our completed projects so you can view some of our most recent work. We’re planning on keeping our photos current so make sure you come back often.

Our blog’s name has changed as well. It’s now called, notes from the garden. It’ll contain tips, techniques and project anecdotes, which we hope you’ll find to be a handy how-to guide to maintaining a healthy garden. We’re even categorizing our entries under different seasons, so you’ll know what you should be doing in your garden at different times of the year. It all goes back to that less digging thing we hope to achieve on the site.

Speaking of seasons, one of the things that really excites us about this site is the homepage changing with the seasons. Yep, the imagery will actually transform to include some of the elements of the current season. It’s just a feature that helps this space connect to the outdoors and another way for us to create beautiful experiences.

We hope you enjoy it.
