Crew Leaders

Job Summary: Our project teams breathe life into the designs created through the dreams and aspirations of our clients and our design team.  As a Project Crew Leader, among other things, you would be responsible for reading designs, painting and creating bed lines, laying out plant material, planting, and directing crew members.  Prior experience is a must in this position and a desire to grow and learn are looked-for.  You will develop working relationships with designers and clients as well as being an active member of an Operations Team.  

Required Qualifications:

• Reliably on time for work each day • Experience in the field • Ability to lead and direct others • Ability to effectively manage time and multiple tasks • Possess a Valid Drivers license • Pesticide license or ability to acquire

Head Gardeners

Job Summary: Our Head Gardeners are at the core of what we do. They manage properties with a comprehensive approach to soil science, plant cultural care, and good old-fashioned gardening. This position is an important part of our Operations Team and places you in a stewardship role as the liaison for the client and our company.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-year degree minimum requirement • Experience in the field • Ability to lead and direct others • Ability to effectively manage time and multiple tasks • Possess a Valid Drivers license • Pesticide license or ability to acquire

Crew Members

Job Summary: The best way to learn is by doing. Become a part of the team as a Crew Member and gain valuable hands-on experience by working with talented professionals in the field. Crew members support our crew leaders in daily tasks with activities ranging from gardening and turf care to installation. It is a great starting point for anyone interested in a career in the horticulture field. We are a career-focused company with room for growth and development.

• Reliably on time for work each day • Able to follow directions and execute desired outcomes • Showcases a positive attitude and a desire to learn • Understands and follows safety protocol • Able to work efficiently in a team
