Project Crew Leader

Our project teams breathe life into the designs created through the dreams and aspirations of our clients and our design team.

Duties:

  • Read landscape designs to complete projects from start to finish
  • Lead and direct crew members towards a successful outcome
  • Communicate with team members, designers, and clients effectively
  • Participate in company safety program and safe working practices
  • Reliably on time for work each day

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of prior landscape experience
  • Able to perform physically demanding activity in an outdoor environment
  • Desire to learn and practice a new horticultural approach
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT physical card
  • Showcase a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team

Head Gardeners

Our Head Gardeners are at the core of what we do. They manage properties with a comprehensive approach to soil science, plant cultural care, and good old-fashioned gardening.

Duties:

  • Read landscape designs to complete projects from start to finish
  • Lead and direct crew members towards a successful outcome
  • Manage budgets with the completion of tasks
  • Participate in company safety program and safe working practices
  • Reliably on time for work each day

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of prior gardening experience
  • Able to perform physically demanding activity in an outdoor environment
  • Desire to learn and practice a new horticultural approach
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT physical card
  • Ability to attain a pesticide applicators license
  • Showcase a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Preference given to horticulture degrees and certifications

Crew Members

Crew Member – Gardening, Landscape Installation, Seasonal Color

The best way to learn is by doing! Become a part of the team as a Crew Member and gain valuable hands-on experience by working with talented professionals in the field.

Duties:

  • Support crew leaders in the field with daily tasks including planting, pruning, weeding, and other landscape related duties
  • Follow directions to help execute desired outcomes

Seasonal Color Specialist

Our Seasonal Color team announces the change of seasons with unique and exciting floral compositions. Being a part of the Seasonal Color team means you will engage in the creation of planted containers, bedding plant displays, bulb displays, and wintergreen arrangements.

Duties:

  • Follow directions to help execute desired outcomes
  • Create and care for seasonal color displays including weeding, fertilizing, deadheading, etc.
  • Participate in company safety program and safe working practices
  • Reliably on time for work each day

Qualifications:

  • Artistic and understands the use of colors and textures to create unique pieces
  • Able to perform physically demanding activity in an outdoor environment
  • Desire to learn
  • Showcase a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
