This client challenged us to create a green courtyard for an addition to their home. The garden negotiates 11 feet of grade change and is very visible from indoors. Densely planted slopes (without irrigation) create a courtyard seating space and special window view. In partnership with Frasier Martis Architects, McDaniel Wallquist general contractor, stone paving by Linhart Construction.
