Celebrating the Art of Thankfulness | Kinghorn Gardens

#30daysofgratitude

As the year winds down to the last 61 days of 2015, it seems like our gratitude ran out months ago, even though we are approaching a day specifically set aside for thankfulness! The daily grind seems to have ground away our natural ability to be thankful! In a fast paced culture where it seems to be all about me, me, me, it becomes very difficult to remember how well off we really are!

Each day is a gift and even on the ugliest of Mondays there is always something to be thankful for! A coworker’s helping hand, a stranger’s smile, the warm sunshine, the crisp fall air, a good night’s sleep or the aroma of a fresh cup of coffee (not to mention a working body with five senses to enjoy all these things).

Hashtag

In an effort to slow down and enjoy the holiday season ahead, we will be taking time each day in November to highlight one thing we are thankful for. Celebrate the art of thankfulness with us using the hashtag #30daysofgratitude.

We look forward to the season ahead and the time we will spend truly appreciating everything we have to be thankful for.
